station 1: KB / DB RDL x 10 reps @30X1

station 2: KB / DB reverse lunges x 20 reps alternées

station 3: side plank hold x 30 sec / côté

station 4: leg lift + hip extension x max de reps en 45 sec

B. 3 rounds of :

- run 400 m OU mountain climber X 100 reps

- KB / DB swings x 25 reps


SANS MATERIEL

station 1: arch rocks x 20 reps + arch hold x 20 sec

station 2: jumping lunges x 20 reps alternées

station 3: side plank hold x 30 sec / côté

station 4: leg lift + hip extension x max de reps en 45 sec

- box jumop x 20 reps
